Access and Attempts in Simulators
This section addresses issues related to accessing the High-Fidelity Simulators exclusive to the Reto MD platform.

Why does this happen? Access to the simulators strictly depends on having an active premium subscription in Reto MD and having attempts available. Once the simulators included in your package are exhausted (1, 3, or 12, depending on your plan), the system will show that there are no more attempts until your next renewal or the purchase of a new package.
How is it resolved? If this is your first time trying to enter the simulator and you see this message, perform these quick checks:
- Validate your account: Make sure you are signing in with the exact email you used to purchase your package.
- Verify your plan: Confirm that your current subscription (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual) is still active.
- Check your benefits: Remember that simulators are an exclusive benefit of the Reto MD premium plans (they do not apply to specialty apps like Cardiology or Ophthalmology).
When should I contact technical support?
Contact our team if you have already performed the above validations and the following occurs:
- You confirm that the sign-in email is correct.
- Your premium plan is active and you are sure you still have simulators available.
- Despite this, the system continues to block your access.
If this is your case, send us a message at [email protected] detailing your situation and, if possible, attaching a screenshot of the error. Our technical team will review your specific account logs to manually restore your access.
