Cancel Subscription

If you want to stop the automatic renewal of your plan, you must manage it directly from the app store where you made the purchase.

How do I cancel my active subscription?​

To cancel your plan, follow the corresponding steps for the device from which you made the purchase:

  • 🍎 Apple (iOS) Users: Go to the "Subscriptions" section within your Apple ID in your phone's Settings or directly in the App Store.
  • 🤖 Android Users: Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, and go to the "Payments & subscriptions" section.
Very Important!

Deleting the app from your phone does NOT cancel automatic charges. It is essential that you manage the cancellation directly from your store settings (Apple or Google) to avoid future charges.
