Inactive or Duplicate Accounts

Guide to resolving issues when the system blocks your access or registration due to data conflicts.

The system has security measures in place to prevent duplicate accounts. If an error appears when you try to register indicating that your email or phone number already exists, or your account appears as "Inactive," this is what you should do:

  • To reactivate your account: If you previously deleted your account and wish to return, do not attempt to register again. Simply send an email to [email protected] requesting the reactivation of your profile.

When to contact technical support?

Write to us to investigate your case in detail if any of the following happens to you:

  • You are sure your data is completely new and has never been used on the platform, but the system insists it is already registered.
  • You notice a contradiction in the system: it won't let you register because it says the email "already exists," but when you try to recover your password, it throws an error saying the email "does not exist."
