If you use our platform through an agreement with your university or are part of a chief residency program, here you will find the necessary information to manage your access and certificates.


Access error in institutional simulators​

Why does this happen? University simulators are strictly linked to the email list that your educational institution shares with us, and they are only available during the period established in the agreement.

How is it resolved? If, upon entering the simulator for the first time, the system throws an error indicating that "you have no attempts" or that "the test has already been taken," carefully verify that you are signing in with your institutional email. It is very common to mistakenly try to access with a personal email that does not have these benefits assigned.

When should I contact support? If you confirm that you are using your official university account and the error persists, write to us at [email protected]. Our team will review your specific account logs to grant you access.


Proof of simulator completion for your university​

If you need to prove to your university or professors that you completed the simulator, the fastest method is to take a screenshot directly from your results panel upon finishing the test.

If your institution requires an official document or certificate, send us an email to [email protected] including your full name and your university details. We will issue the certificate so that you can fulfill your academic requirement.
