Unknown or Recurring Charges
If you have a membership charge (from Google Play or Apple App Store) but when you open the application you do not have the active benefit or you don't see the subscription, here we explain what is happening.

Why am I still being charged if I don't see the subscription?
Usually, this happens because you have more than one account on your phone (for example, work and personal Gmail emails, or different Apple IDs). The charge is indeed being made, but you are checking the status of your subscriptions on the wrong account.
Solution for Android users (Google Play)​
- Open the Play Store application on your device.
- Tap your profile picture (top right corner).
- Check if you have multiple linked email addresses and switch to your alternate accounts to verify which one has the active subscription.

Solution for iOS users (Apple)​
- Check the email receipt: Look for the Apple purchase receipt in your email; this always indicates exactly which Apple ID was used.
- Check the device: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases.
- Sign out there and sign in with your other possible Apple IDs to properly check your Subscriptions section.
